We designed this office as a space where work isn’t just activity — it’s presence.
A place where ideas move freely, where conversations happen naturally, and where the architecture supports focus without isolation. The layout allows transparency and connection, while keeping every zone calm and precise.
The core of the space is the meeting volume — a glass room placed inside the open floor, like an object within architecture.
It defines the centre without blocking the light, keeping the space fluid and continuous. Around it, work areas, informal seating, and circulation flow without sharp boundaries.
We kept the structure honest: exposed concrete, clean spans, double-height glazing, and long perspectives.
Instead of hiding the building, we let it speak, and layered it with warm materials — wood, soft light, and carefully placed artworks.
